Talk on cell phones is not permitted in the spa. All cell phones must be turned off.
Children under the age of 12 will not be permitted entrance into the spa area, unless receiving a service or accompanied by an adult. We ask that no child be left unattended in the lobby for their safety and our clients convenience. Please arrange for child supervision while your service(s) are being performed.
We encourage you to call generously in advance for spa appointments to ensure the greatest availability in scheduling and appointment times.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled spa service. Arriving late will deprive you of precious treatment time. As a courtesy to the next guest, should you arrive late, your appointment will end as originally scheduled.
We suggest removing fine jewelry before arriving at the spa. Village Spa and Salon will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
Because your spa services are reserved for you, we ask that you notify us, at minimum 24 hours in advance of your first scheduled appointment for either cancellations or changes to your appointment(s). Day packages and gift certificate cancellations or changes are required to give a 48 hours notice. Group reservations may require contractual agreement and/or deposit.
Gratuity is included on Spa Packages however not included on individual service pricing. Tipping, of course, is not required, but much appreciated. Fifteen percent is standard in this industry.
Gift cards & gift certificates are valid for one year.
